Hi, I'm Claudia — an Integrative Nutrition and Mind-Body Eating Coach (Eating Psychology). My approach combines the science of what to eat with the deeper work of why we eat the way we do.
After a decade in hospital settings watching patients struggle — not because they lacked information, but because something deeper was missing. I built a practice that addresses both nutrition and psychology. Because lasting change only comes when we work with the whole person.
I specialize in helping women balance blood sugar, manage their weight, and untangle a complicated relationship with food — without diets, restriction, or judgment. Ever.
