It’s all about combining Mindset and self-care practices with your knowledge in nutrition and how to apply the tools you've learned for Emotional/Binge Eating in real life situations.
We take a closer look at your relationship with food and body image, eating habits, review your medical history, lifestyle and preferences. This will allow me to create a personalized program for you.
Together, we will explore your strengths as well as challenging eating thoughts and behaviors. At the end, we will set action steps for our following sessions.
You'll have me as your Healing Food expert and consultant. I work on the inner and outer principles of the relationship you have around food and create space to explore and overcome limiting beliefs so you can heal your relationship with food.
We will meet virtually for 3 weeks, followed by an "integration week" (no call/virtual meeting) where you will have time to review the content. Each session we will talk about what's going well and what needs more attention.
Each session, we will set 1-3 action-oriented steps based on your needs and life experiences. We'll work toward creating LONG-TERM lifestyle changes.
You will have access to reading material, worksheets, videos and audio, and notes from what we talked about during our sessions to support your journey in the future.
Unlimited email support throughout the program. I will track your successes and challenges and I'll hold you accountable all the way.
