While working in hospitals, Claudia saw firsthand how patients and their families struggled with nutrition and long-term lifestyle changes. Many were dealing with diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure—and despite their best efforts with diets and fitness programs, the changes never seemed to stick. Time and again, they would fall back into old patterns.
That’s when Live To Thrive Coaching was born. Claudia realized that true, lasting change requires more than just a meal plan—it requires healing our relationship with food at the root.
Her mission is to provide compassionate, non-judgmental coaching that empowers women to transform their health in a sustainable way and build a joyful, trusting relationship with food.
I'm a board certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC), an Integrative Nutrition and Mind-Body Eating Coach (Eating Psychology). My journey began after spending over a decade chasing the “perfect” diet—losing and regaining the same 15 pounds, feeling exhausted, and using food to soothe and numb my emotions.
Today, I help women break free from binge eating, overeating, negative body image, and emotional patterns with food—so they can eat with confidence and experience sustainable, joyful health.
Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed by all the conflicting health and nutrition advice. They don’t know where to begin—and that’s where I come in.
