My approach is called Mind-Body nutrition. It's based on the undeniable reality that Mind, Emotions, Past and Thoughts have a POWERFUL influence on food choices and our behaviors around food; that creates our Unique relationship with Food and Body.
By addressing them, we can work on strategies that can help create lasting changes with greater ease.
My 12-week program, covers the foundations of finding freedom with food and making peace with your body in a small group setting.

2 private call with me where we take a closer look at your relationship with food and body image, eating habits, review your medical history, lifestyle and preferences. This information will be useful to explore and reflect on throughout the Program.
Each module has a video content, as well as a workbook outlining the topics for that week to put into practice.
Hop on weekly zoom meetings with me and the group! Attending the live calls is recommended, but I understand we all live busy lives. Because of that, the calls will be recorded for you to watch later.
Access for life to the content, videos, reading material, the session recordings, PDFs, workbooks and all assignments.
You're not alone! You'll have access to a community to stay in touch between calls! I'll answer any and all questions throughout the week, and encourage you to share your wins.
